Who We Are
Rooted in Parkersburg.
Lawler & Swanson, P.L.C. is a general practice law firm with an office located in Butler County, Iowa. From our building at 601 Coates Street, we have served individuals, families, farm operations, and local businesses for decades.
The firm carries the name of the late Thomas A. Lawler, J.D. (1946–2021), and is led today by attorney Amy K. Swanson, J.D., whose practice is grounded in agricultural law, estate planning, and taxation — the issues that shape life in rural Iowa.
We are a small office by design. When you call, you'll speak with people who know your file, and you'll get advice that is clear, practical, and tailored to your circumstances.
